Kyri brings decades of hands-on leadership experience in global marketing, communications, and strategy across China, Australia and the United States. He has held executive leadership roles at the Australian Chamber of Commerce, Freelancer Ltd, Deloitte, and British American Tobacco.

Most recently at Onfolio Holdings, Kyri spearheaded a high-impact communications and commercialisation strategy, navigating the company through to a successful NASDAQ IPO within six months. Kyri founded Sinoworks to empower Chinese and international companies with cross-border consulting and market expansion services, with a special focus on new energy industries.

Nicki built a successful China- Australia marketing agency from the ground up, right after graduating from college. Nicki has designed and executed global multi-channel consumer marketing campaigns for several leading international brands, including Fonterra, Wine Australia, Latitude 28, and more. She also runs the digital entrepreneurship and innovation program for the Sichuan Government Alumni Association.

Nicki shares her business and market development expertise through pro- bono Director roles at key NGOs including ACYA, ACYPI and ACAA. At Sinoworks, Nicki oversees consumer- focused marketing campaigns and business development for the Greater China region.

Alex led the Australian Chamber of Commerce in China as CEO, where he accelerated bilateral trade development and managed stakeholder relationships across Greater China and Australia. Prior to this he led ESG at Minerva Analytics, driving commercial initiatives in sustainable finance and positioning the company as a founding financial services partner at COP26.

Alex holds advanced degrees from the University of Western Australia, Peking University and the Geneva Graduate Institute. He combines strong Asia Pacific experience with advanced Mandarin capabilities and practical expertise in new energy and cross-border commercial development.

James is a senior investment specialist with three decades experience in China trade and investment. He served as Senior Investment Director at Austrade, promoting Australia as an investment destination and facilitating capital flows from China. He has also held roles with NASDAQ and ASX listed companies.

James currently serves as Director at the Sichuan Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Cooperation and Investment and as Senior Investment Advisor to AustCham West China. James helps Sinoworks clients originate and structure cross-border investment - particularly in new energy and advanced manufacturing - while navigating policy, incentives, and provincial stakeholder engagement to accelerate market entry and scale.

Mengwei leads cross-border trade operations, bringing over a decade of experience in international commerce between China and key markets including the US Midwest, Australia, and Hong Kong. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin- Madison, Mengwei has managed successful import-export programs for multinational clients and built trade expertise across multiple industries, including automotive components, FMCG and medical supplies.

Leading a specialized international trade team, Mengwei has developed comprehensive knowledge of China's manufacturing ecosystem and global e-commerce platforms JD, Alibaba, Taobao and Shopify. At Sinoworks, she helps international clients identify and secure reliable partners in China, guiding them through customs, logistics and export processes.

James brings hands-on supply chain expertise developed through leadership roles at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, USAID, and Halliburton. A graduate of West Point and Kellogg School of Management, James has spent over a decade building and optimizing manufacturing partnerships across China, with particular focus on quality assurance and production efficiency.

At Sinoworks, James oversees operational due diligence and supplier qualification processes. His practical approach to vendor assessment and production management helps clients establish robust manufacturing relationships in China while maintaining consistent quality and supply chain resilience.

Ken established and led the China office for Australian law firm Brightstone Legal, where he specialised in cross-border investment and international contract law. His expertise spans project finance, technology licensing, and foreign investment structures, with client experience serving Fortune 500 companies, Chinese state owned enterprises, and globally focused startups.
